Plunge Pop-Up Ice Bath Tub

The Plunge Pop-Up is the most portable and affordable way into cold plunging. It has the smallest footprint of any Plunge, fits a bathroom corner, balcony or garden, and still takes people up to 206 cm (6'9") tall. Fill it with water and ice for DIY plunges, or connect a Plunge chiller later for consistent cold.

Good to know

• Start slightly warmer and for shorter dips, then lower the temperature and extend the time gradually.
• Never plunge alone or after alcohol, and get out straight away if you feel numb or dizzy.
• Check with a doctor first if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or are pregnant.
