How to use

Preheat for 10-15 minutes, slip in the towel insert, zip in and start with 30-40 minutes. Clean the inside with the cleaner afterwards and let it dry before folding into the bag.

• Wear long, loose cotton clothing or the towel insert so your skin never touches the heated surface.
