How to use

1. Lay the blanket flat on a heat-safe surface, plug it in and preheat for 10-15 minutes.
2. Put on long cotton clothes and socks, or use the towel insert.
3. Zip in and start with 30-40 minutes, adjusting the heat to your comfort. 1-2 sessions a week is a good start.
4. Wipe the inside clean after each session and let it dry before folding.

Good to know

• Drink water before and after each session and get out if you feel dizzy or unwell.
• Wear long, loose cotton clothing or the towel insert so your skin never touches the heated surface.
• Not for use during pregnancy, with heart conditions or after alcohol; check with a doctor if unsure.
