The SmartBells Pro 23.5 kg in black is BrainGain's premium twist-handle dumbbell. One pair covers 14 weights per hand in even 1.5 kg steps, so it replaces 28 fixed dumbbells. The upgraded Gen 4 handle has a 34 mm grip with precision knurling for a secure, comfortable hold.

Good to know
