Amazfit Helio Ring

The Amazfit Helio Ring is a smart ring made for athletes who know that performance is built on recovery. Made from lightweight, skin-friendly titanium alloy, it's comfortable enough to wear all night. Every morning it gives you a Readiness score, so you know whether to push hard or plan a rest day.

• In-depth sleep monitoring, with sleep resting heart rate and HRV
• Readiness score from sleep heart rate, HRV, breathing quality and skin temperature
• Heart rate, SpO₂ and stress
• Emotional and stress trends from an electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor combined with HRV

• Works on its own or together with an Amazfit watch: all your data in the Zepp App, with recovery metrics merged from both devices

Sizing

Choose your ring size from the size options. Smart-ring sizes can differ from jewellery sizes, so measure the base of the finger you'll wear it on before ordering.
